Truly enjoyed this story. The author has taken us back in time for a great ride as he grew up on the south side of Chicago in the 50’s through the present. His quest for the Wilson A2000 will keep you enthralled and delighted. It is an experience you will long remember.

This story is an engaging, sometimes humorous and heartfelt look back at a young boy growing up in Chicago in the mid-1950s and beyond. You can relate to his dream of someday obtaining the quintessential Wilson A2000 baseball glove. It was his dream, it was my dream and perhaps every boys dream who lived, breathed and played baseball each and every day he could. I loved every page and could envision just how this young boy felt.
It is a great read and a story you will enjoy reading again and again. Follow Pete through the highs and lows of his life and perhaps you’ll see yourself somewhere along the way. Whether your a boy or girl, man or woman I believe you will thoroughly enjoy The Quest for the Wilson A2000.
